Infinium Global Screening Array (GSA-24+MD)

Accepted inputs for Illumina BeadArray workflows.

• At least 1.2 µg genomic DNA dissolved in nuclease-free water at 60 ng/µL
• Minimum volume: 20 µL per sample
• Double-stranded, free of inhibitors
• Fluorescence-based quantification recommended (PicoGreen or Qubit)
• If spectrophotometric: 260/280 ratio 1.8–2.0, 260/230 ratio 1.7–2.2
• Ship on dry ice
